"I’m honestly tired of the lack of follow up from this office. I’m constantly told someone will call me back, but my calls often go unanswered.

There was a time when this office was on top of things, especially the young man who used to help me. However, for the past few weeks, I haven’t been able to get the help I need and have had to contact State Farm customer service number directly multiple times just to get assistance

After reading the reviews, I can see I’m not the only one experiencing this. If you’re looking for an insurance company that meets your needs and actually follows up within 24 hours, I’d recommend finding a better one. Unfortunately, I will not be renewing with State Farm next month."
